Tickets
Tickets will be sent out by email approximately one month before the rally. Please print these and have them ready to present for scanning at the rally reception.
Accommodation
Accommodation is offered to you with our group discount at the same price that it costs us, we are a non profit organisation. Once committed to there are no refunds from Haven, we can endeavour to resell for you if you change your mind early enough but we cannot guarantee resale.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered on compassionate or medical grounds up until 18th March 2022 when we make our final payment to Haven which is non refundable .After this time we will consider requests for refunds of ticket costs based on merit and may request proof of the medical or other ​extenuating reason for cancelation. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to offset any costs incurred in performing the refund.
Alcoholic Drinks
Only alcoholic drinks purchased from the onsite bars are allowed to be consumed in the entertainment complex. Infraction could result in you being ejected from the site.
Conduct
We ask that rally attendees are considerate of other users of the holiday park. It is a family venue and prides its self on its family values. Do not ​unnecessarily rev your motor cycle, please keep the noise down when walking around the camp at night and be respectful to staff. If it is deemed that your behaviour is unacceptable by the site staff you will be ejected from the site.
